Membership Period
Membership is for 365 days from purchase date.

Type
Becoming a member gives you exclusive access to all the theatre’s services and facilities. Membership is for a single person and is not transferrable to another individual.

Membership Confirmation
Once you have completed the sign up process you will receive an email confirmation which will include your membership card. Should you wish to use your membership immediately you can also show this email as proof of purchase for this first membership show.

17-25 Membership
Eligible identification is required to complete the 17-25 membership process.

Membership Cards
Membership Cards are delivered online and can be used via digital wallets. Alternatively you can use the “Print at Home” option.

Renewal
There are two options for renewal – automatic or manual. If you have selected auto-renew when signing up, your renewal payment will be taken from the same card on the same date the following year.

You will be notified of the renewal via email 14 days in advance of the renewal date.

Cancellation
If you do not wish to renew, there is an option to cancel membership within the renewal notification email.

Priority Booking
Priority booking will open to all members 7 days before the new season goes on sale to the general public and is for all productions.

Email
News, event invites and updates will be sent via email to the email provided when you signed up to your theatre account. By purchasing a Membership, you are giving us consent to receive email and postal communications from us concerning Membership updates and benefits. You can Unsubscribe from these emails at any time by updating your “Contact Preferences” within your theatre account.  Please note: If you click 'Unsubscribe' in the email, you will stop receiving all emails from the theatre.

Discounts
Ticket discounts apply to all productions with the exception of the 17-25 Member £10 tickets. Only one discount can be applied to each purchase.

Bar purchase discount requires you show a Membership Card with a valid expiry date.
