The next live-performance to be posted online from 7pm on Friday 24th April, by the popular touring company Oddsocks Productions, is their groundbreaking 2014 musical adaptation of Twelfth Night. This production is a madcap musical treat with Shakespeare’s love stories intertwined with well-known British Chart hits to keep the blood pumping and the mood merry.
Oddsocks is asking fans to upload their living picnic pics to the Oddsocks Productions Facebook page as they settle down to enjoy this Shakespearian comedy with their loved ones, from Friday night until the end of lockdown. To watch the production and all the others which the company have recently released, all you have to do is visit their YouTube Channel.
We can't go out so we're not spending money on things like coffee and cakes, glass of wine or beer, and generally eating out and socialising.
Why not pop the money you’ve saved on some of these things into a jar and put it towards the Raise the Roof appeal. If we ask friends and family to do the same we could raise a reasonable amount of money for the appeal.
Even if we only put a couple of pounds a week away it would all add up. What do you think - shall we give it a go? It would be great if once our wonderful theatre can reopen we have lots of jars of money to hand over!
