Dear friends,

At last we have a date for our Bake and Make Sale at the theatre.
 
Saturday 15 May.  
10am till 1 pm
On the theatre forecourt.
 
We do hope that you will come along and bring your friends to what will be an enjoyable occasion and an opportunity to make some money for the Buy A Tile appeal to help raise money for those essential repairs.
 
We would also like goods to sell – so if you make or grow cakes, biscuits, savouries, plants, flowers, crafts, knitting, sewing, fruit, vegetables, jams, chutneys, cards etc. they would be very welcome. Also small, new gifts that you may have hidden away and not quite sure what to do with – they would be very welcome. 
 
We will also be selling ice creams and soft drinks and there will be a tombola with lots of prizes.
 
Gary and myself will be at the theatre on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th May between 11.30 am and 2 pm to receive items for sale, or you can bring them on the day. We will be able to put cakes etc. in the fridge. 
 
I do hope that you will join us, it will be lovely to see you again before we reopen on 21 May.
