TECHNICAL STAFFING

Our volunteers work in partnership with you on your production. We can provide you with technical guidance in advance of your show as well as working on the production.

The partnership starts with your stage management team who will manage and coordinate your production and how it will work when you are in the theatre.

We usually arrange our stage manager volunteers well in advance of your time in the theatre. We will let you know who your lead stage manager is as soon as we can.

We appreciate you may have questions about organising your production before this, so please talk to us when you are making your booking arrangements. We can meet with you before finalising your hire arrangements to support you with your planning.  If you have any questions after confirming your booking please email our technical director technical@jrtheatre.co.uk if this is prior to us allocating your stage manager.

Once your stage manager has been allocated they are your main point of contact in planning your production.

We would recommend arranging to meet with your allocated stage manager prior to your show coming into the theatre, as this will help with the planning of the production.  They will also be able to get an understanding of the number of volunteers required for the production.
